Our UX/UI team needs an inspiring leader who will help us enhance user experience of uPajenta apps. We are looking for a perfect match to our culture who has openness, patience and teamwork in his/her blood. We are looking for a person with a problem-solving, data-driven and customer-centric mindset with attention to details, who can manage and optimise UX and UI design for end-to-end solutions.
In uPacjenta there are two interdisciplinary teams: one works on end-to-end patient journey. This team focuses on improving the platform for ordering blood tests. The second team works on a platform for quick-and-easy visiting. The platform is destined for medical specialists working in the field. As the UX/UI Lead you and your team of 3 designers will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by delivering effective designs that satisfy both users’ and business needs and analysing the product and it’s performance.
